Please note that if the community that punished you is not associated with Fairify, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reverse the action if we determine that the punishment was unfair.

We will provide our findings to the individual who submitted the appeal and the moderators.

If the community is listed as Verified on our website, we will overturn any moderation actions taken against you in that community.

If you don't see the community listed as Verified on our website, we do not have the authority to overturn moderation decisions, but we strongly encourage the moderators to consider our final review and take the appropriate action.

While Fairify is an independent organization, we sometimes partner with online communities to be their go-to source for all their moderation appeals. However, we aim to provide impartial and fair reviews for all cases that come our way, regardless of affiliation, because our sole purpose is to ensure fairness, and that is what we're here to do.

We aim to provide a review within three days of receiving a request. However, the time we take depends on many factors, such as the complexity of the case and the time it takes to coordinate with the moderators. We will keep you informed throughout the review process.

You must sign up or subscribe to one of our plans and redirect your members to our website to submit an appeal, and we'll do the rest for you.

We will inform you immediately via email when you've reached your monthly quota limit. From there, we will work with you to find solutions.
